Golf Performance Coaching – The Long Game Approach
The Long Game Approach is a coaching model designed to support your golf performance beyond individual sessions.
Instead of one-off appointments, you work within a structured monthly coaching plan that combines personalised training, regular check-ins, and focused face-to-face sessions — all aligned toward consistent, sustainable improvement.
What Makes The Long Game Approach Different?
Most golfers are used to booking individual sessions — turning up, training, and then waiting until the next appointment.
The Long Game Approach is different. It’s built on the understanding that meaningful golf performance improvements happen between sessions, not just during them.

With The Long Game Approach:
-
Your training is planned and progressed month-to-month
-
You receive regular coaching input, not just instruction on the day
-
Programmes evolve as your body, golf, and schedule change
-
Face-to-face sessions are used to refine, progress, and problem-solve
-
Accountability and communication continue throughout the month.
This allows me to coach proactively rather than reactively — and helps you build progress that lasts.
How the coaching plan works
Step 1 — Start With an Assessment
A comprehensive movement and TPI golf-specific assessment to understand how you move, train, and play.
Step 2 — Ongoing Coaching Plan
You move onto a monthly coaching plan that includes personalised programming, regular check-ins, and ongoing support.
Step 3 — Apply & Progress
Face-to-face sessions are used to refine technique, address limitations, and progress your training — supported by coaching between sessions.

CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL OF IN-PERSON COACHING
The coaching base forms the foundation of our work together.
From there, you choose how often we work together in person, based on your goals, availability, and the level of support you want. Face-to-face sessions are used as focused coaching touchpoints — to assess, refine, and progress your training — while ongoing support continues between sessions.
In-person sessions are used as coaching touchpoints to refine technique, assess movement, and progress the wider coaching plan.

Is the Long Game Approach Right For You?
This coaching model is ideal for golfers who value structure, consistency, and long-term improvement.
If you’re looking for occasional or ad-hoc sessions only, this approach may not be the right fit — and that’s okay.
With over 11 years of experience working with golfers and active professionals, my coaching is grounded in a deep understanding of how strength, movement, and performance translate to the golf course.
Every programme is shaped by ongoing education, practical coaching experience, and a long-term view of performance — not short-term fixes.
This allows me to plan intelligently, adapt as you progress, and support your development in a way that’s specific, sustainable, and relevant to your golf.
