Our 12 week intensive programme looks at developing the science backed biomechanical principles that contribute to greate clubhead speeds and shot distance.
Kick starting with a 2 hour assessment where we will take an indepth look at  your mobility, stability and movement patterms, as well as your strength and power potential. Thus allowing us to focus on your individual needs for the 12 week duration and setting specific goals.
The programme will the start with weekly 1:1 session with your coach, Rachael and an online app programme to work on at the gym or home between sessions. With the ultimate goal to hitting the ball 30 yards further by the end of this intensive programme.
