Off-Season 2021 Performance Training Group

Don’t forget to book your spot on our 6 month golf performance winter training group launching on Monday 1st November. This programme is open to all golfers over the age of 18 that are looking to get stronger and fitter in time for the 2022 golf season.

This 6 month online programme will progress over the winter months, November to April; and get you physically prepared for your strongest golf season yet.

Each and every month you will receive:

  • Online app and gym programme
  • 3 x workouts per week
  • 1 x nutritional & 1 x recovery habit, to help improve performance in the gym and on the course
  • FB support group for all those taking part in this off-season training group
  • Additional conditioning and cardiovascular workouts – this is an added option.
  • Guarantee that you will be stronger, fitter and faster by the start of the 2022 golf season *
* you need to consistently train a minimum of 2x per week

The programme will start Monday 1st November and will run until Saturday 31st April 2022. The first couple of months aim to build a good foundation of movement and strength, with the following months then pushing you to develop strength, power and speed. Gearing you up for an explosive start to the golf season.

Gym equipment is required to complete the programme as being able to load your body is necessary to ensure you develop strength and power over the coming months. This programme is also not suitable for golfers with injury or pain; as you will be training alone in the gym with only the guidance of instructional videos via the app.
